Kendall Payne is a director and comedian based in Brooklyn, NY. She works as a copywriter (meme lord) at Netflix is a Joke. Kendall has performed stand-up at Littlefield, Union Hall, and an assortment of Brooklyn basements. She directs comedic short films that have screened at the Brooklyn Comedy Collective, Channel 101 NY, and 8 Ball TV. She was a finalist for the 2018 Sundance Youtube New Voices Lab for her original web series The Bushwiccans, co-written with Alex Hoopes. Kendall studied at the Upright Citizens Brigade in the Advanced Study Improv Program and at NYU Tisch in the TV Writing Certificate Program. In her free time, she can be found jamming with her ~very serious~ lesbian indie pop band, Futch.
